In all these cases, it was an honest mistake from the victim and they did zero actions that came off threatening

Ted is wrong. A pistol brace, unlike a bump stock does nothing to the gun to make it more lethal. The guns that have them have shorter barrels. Shorter barrel rifles means decreased muzzle velocity.

It's Florida, they are slowly becoming lawless only with regards to guns and anything conservatives don't like.

I don't think Texas is faring any better. I'd be walking on eggshells if I lived in either state.

He was arguing with someone who repeatedly stated something that sounded like an NRA talking point as a fact over and over while side-stepping Lemon's counters just so he can say his points without pushback, which is what the heads at CNN wanted as they want to court Right-leaning viewers.
