And employers wonder why it's hard to get good help. Need to give "shot at" bonuses.

Then they need to be fined, excluded from ever owning a weapon again,or jailed. You don't shoot at somebody unless maybe that somebody is armed and threatening.
Whether it's the cops or rando freaks in Florida they keep failing at this basic notion.
So yes, this guy and so many like him should not have firearm ownership. Recklessness.
The mother of a man from Michigan’s Thumb region, who authorities say made numerous threats to kill FBI agents, members of the LGBTQ+ community, President Joe Biden and Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, has been charged with illegally purchasing firearms for him.
Michelle Berka, 56, faces five counts of making a false statement during the purchase of a firearm. If convicted, the Sebewaing woman could face up to 10 years in prison.
Berka’s son, 30-year-old Randall Berka II, was charged in March with illegally possessing four firearms, three long guns and a pistol, after he had been committed to a mental institution and while he was a daily user of marijuana. He also was in possession of ammunition and body armor.
The FBI says Randall Berka came to their attention after Google reported to the agency that he was posting various threats on YouTube, including: “im going to kill these democrats biden deserves to die,” “im gonna kill lgbt freaks,” “you could be like me and get guns and threaten to kill politicians. Im more than willing tot kill whitmer and I do live in Michigan,” “I’ll assault her . . . with my bullets,” and “i buy guns though and plot to kill people.”
A separate report, published in June by the Johns Hopkins Center for Gun Violence Solutions, found that gun-related suicides were the driving factor behind the recent rise in suicide rates overall. The rate of suicides involving guns rose 10% between 2019 and 2021, but the rate for those that did not involve guns actually dropped 8% in the same timeframe.
I do think if a desperate person has the choice between pills or a gun, the gun would be first choice. It's more likely to work and they say you never even hear the bang.
Time to make the enablers pay, too.
The ones who don't secure their weapons or buy them for people who shouldn't have them. What enablers are you referring to?
Can’t be any possible excuse for this to be ok. Hard to believe.
