Project 2025 wants to return to a time pre women being given the right to vote, racial minorities having the Civil Rights Act, simply being gay was illegal, and on top of that to make Christianity the rule of the land over all other religions (forcing their religion upon Jewish people, for instance).

This day and age most people belong to at least one category that isn't "white, straight, Christian, male" - they are easily outnumbered at least five times over. They showed their "best" on January 6th who only appeared like clowns and noticeably skewed much older and unfit. Not to mention, the last time that Trump was in office and went in his extremist direction - most of the active troops voted against him (showing that the far right has little military might).

It would be like the LA Riots, Stonewall, etc. all rolled into one since their plan is to target anyone who isn't a "white, straight, Christian, male" all at once which is never going to fly nor will it possibly go under the radar. Plus, since they don't have active soldiers on their side - their "war" will be over before Trump can even have a chance to open his mouth to sing.

They are also targeting the FBI, showing even more how unprepared that fringe is in not knowing what they are up against.

Their "plans" are going to go the same way they have been. They wanted to obliterate abortion - while they got rid of Rowe V. Wade, most of the states in the country except for a lone few quickly legalized it overthrowing any grand notions they had in mind. While they dismantled affirmative action, they largely did so by name only - thus why the fringe are still screaming over it, just by a different name: DEI. Next they'll likely make it "perfectly okay" for businesses to discriminate against LGBTQIA+ people for "religious reasons," but watch how fast that leads to the businesses that openly do losing capital. While they want to rewind time, as has previously been shown, their attempts will always be half-a'd because they can't change the culture.

I want so much for you to be right about how most Americans will respond to this insanity. It would be the only thing that will stop this country from destroying itself. Statistically most Americans aren’t white, straight, Christian males (that is to say most people don’t fall into all categories).

If they were targeting one group at a time, they’d have an easier chance. Targeting all groups as they are and wanting to do so in a fast manner - there’s no way people won’t catch onto their rights being taken away.

The safeguard also is that statistically most people fall into at least one of the groups they’re targeting.

Some might say that worked in the past, the 1940s for instance, but that was also when people in general already had less rights (less to take away) and that was when most people identified as white, straight, Christian, males which is no longer the case (with each year this group is statistically decreasing, thus why they are panicking).

What they want just isn’t feasible. They are targeting most of the country statistically and acting like they aren’t. They don’t have the numbers.

If that was in reaction to what I stated -

Now, subtract the white males that aren’t straight nor Christians from that. As well as white men that are married to non-white women, have mixed race kids due to adoption, have gay or trans kids, etc.

It all comes down to most people (obviously) don’t statistically fall into the category of straight, white, male, Christian.

These are the nuances that simply looking at race overlooks and why I am being specific beyond race.

While I should note that it’s basically impossible for the fringe right to make America into a Christian White Nationalist country -

The danger comes into play in terms of their extremes which I do see as very likely:

Increased political violence like the attack on the Capitol. That’s going to get worse.

Increase in mass shootings targeting specific minority communities. These will likely get worse.

Politicians facing kidnappings and perhaps assassination attempts, ie. Gretchen Whitmer. These will likely also get worse.

That’s because when they increasingly see that they can’t rewind the clock like they wish to through governmental means - they’re going to resort to terrorism instead.

To me, that is the very possible risk of where everything can lead.
