My kids and I got hooked on building worlds for this game and can't wait for the new stuff to come out. My daughter likes it better than skylanders swap force becasue there are more girl characters in infinity.

Still on the fence about buying a Wii U? Disney Interactive is offering a new reason to move to Nintendo's latest home console by allowing Disney Infinity players on Wii to upgrade to the Wii U version free of charge. Beginning today, those that own the Disney Infinity Starter Pack on Wii can download the Wii U version of the sandbox game from the eShop, including the game's multiplayer components.

The offer arrives just in time for the next game in the series, Disney Infinity 2.0, which stars Marvel's super heroes when it launches on September 23. The upgrade deal also makes sense for the publisher, as Disney Interactive would certainly love for the series' sizable fanbase on Wii to make the trek to Wii U, given that Disney Infinity 2.0 won't be available on Wii.

Big Hero 6 Coming to Disney Infinity 2.0

 Disney recently hinted that Star Wars characters are coming to Disney Infinity 3.0, but in the meantime, some more heroes are joining Disney Infinity 2.0. The studio has officially announced that Big Hero 6 characters Hiro Hamada and thebubbly Baymax are coming to the game this November, just in time for the release of the film. Big Hero 6 is based on a manga-style comic series published by Marvel, so the characters should feel right at home next to other Marvel heroes like the Guardians of the Galaxy and The Avengers. Disney Infinity 2.0, also known as Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes will hit stores on September 23.

I'm pretty sure alot of people since for ow it'll be the only game that will have marvel characters on consoles for ow til marvel is ready to make the jump to that.

like that marvel is getting added, it'd be nice if some older disney characters got added aswell later too

I didn't know that the skills you picked for your Infinity figure is imprinted into the figurine itself, and if you bring it to a friend's house you will be able to keep its levels and skills. I do wonder if you can reset the skill tree if you are unsatisfied with it later on.
 
Yeah I've heard you can reset it and start fresh!
 
So how many of you guys will be buying Disney Infinity 2.0?
 
i might aswell because i've been starting a collection of the figures
i like that they all share an artistic stylized look while they still resemble their specific movies
 
I pre-ordered for the PS4 with amazon back in august to get the free figure.
