NO.

In order for it to begin everyone on Earthe must have ben given the choice to either accept Christ as their savior or not. And we know there's all sorts of people in third world countries or jungles or desolate places that have yet been reached by those speaking the word of God. And some of these people probably wouldn't let any strangers in without killing them. So it'll be awhile before they crack.

Nope. That's just dumb.

When the "Last Days" are talked about people assume that the literal Earth is gonna be destroyed but that's not the case. When we talk about the "End of the World" we are talking about not the literal Earth but this "system of things" which includes it's governments, religions, organizations, nations, cultures, sufferings, behaviors, and wicked people. THAT is what will be destroyed.

To answer FEAR THE BAT, you must have paid attention to the verse in Mathew 24:14 which says, "And this good news of the kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations; and then the end will come." That has already happened. Over 8 million Jehovah's Witnesses around the world have spent over 1 BILLION hours in foreign lands (which include third world countries, isolated peoples, and lands where Christianity is illegal) preaching the good news of the Kingdom. Their publications are THE most translated publications in world with the most amount of languages published.

could these days not be literal days aswell. it seems like everything revelations sites has gone on for millenia.

In Bible prophecy, “last days” or comparable expressions such as “final part of the days” were used to designate a time when events of history culminate. (Eze 38:8,16; Da 10:14) The content of the prophecy fixes the starting point of the “final part of the days” when the foretold events would begin to occur. Those living at the time of the prophecy’s fulfillment could therefore be spoken of as living in the “last days” or the “final part of the days.” Depending upon the nature of the prophecy, this may be a period covering just a few years or many and can apply to widely separated time periods.

Would you advise repenting and accepting Christ then?

i accepted myself that is good enough for me.

I hate you all!! I'LL make YOUR "last days" come MUCH sooner!!

Here are the signs of the last days according to the Bible:
Unprecedented warfare.—Matthew 24:7; Revelation 6:4.

Famine.—Matthew 24:7; Revelation 6:5, 6,*8.

Pestilences.—Luke 21:11; Revelation 6:8.

Increasing lawlessness.—Matthew 24:12.

Ruining of the earth.—Revelation 11:18.

Earthquakes.—Matthew 24:7.

Critical times hard to deal with.—2Timothy 3:1.

Inordinate love of money.—2Timothy 3:2.

Disobedience to parents.—2Timothy 3:2.

A lack of natural affection.—2*Timothy 3:3.

Loving pleasures rather than God.—2Timothy 3:4.

A lack of self-control.—2Timothy 3:3.

Without love of goodness.—2Timothy 3:3.

Taking no note of the impending danger.—Matthew 24:39.

Ridiculers reject proof of the last days.—2Peter 3:3,4.

Global preaching of God’s Kingdom.—Matthew 24:14.

2 Timothy 3:2-7 - But know this, that in the last days critical times hard to deal with will be here. 2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, self-assuming, haughty, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, disloyal, 3 having no natural affection, not open to any agreement, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, without love of goodness, 4 betrayers, headstrong, puffed up [with pride], lovers of pleasures rather than lovers of God, 5 having a form of godly devotion but proving false to its power; and from these turn away. 6*For from these arise those men who slyly work their way into households and lead as their captives weak women loaded down with sins, led by various desires, 7*always learning and yet never able to come to an accurate knowledge of truth.

Most of the things on this list have been ongoing since the beginning of humanity.

Yes, we're all going to die.

George Bush is Satan and he's sent us all on a Highway to Hell.

So, I'd suggest that everybody goes out and causes nothing buy mass hysteria. I want to see pure anarchy going on out there. I want to see people beating other people to death for talking on their cell phone in the car. I want to see police stations and government buildings burned to the ground. I want to see beautiful women screwing ugly men who will never get a chance to know the touch of a beautiful woman. I want to see the earth crack and open up and swallow all the yuppie scum of this earth. I want to see the soccer moms be blown away into a tornado and then dropped 15 miles from their homes...impaled on the top of a church. I want to see dirty, ******* politicians flooded out of their homes and offices and drowning like the scum they are.

I want to see the animals of the zoos escape. And the monkeys tagging people with their excrement, causing even more mass hysteria.

Yes, the world will end and I'm ready for it. Are you?

Only independently each one. When the Apostles asked Jesus what should they look for to know when the last days are coming he gave them all these details as ONE sign. This meant that all these things would be happening together at the same, would link to each other and not one at a time or seperately in isolated areas. All those signs and details on human behavior would happen at the same time which is reflected in the history of the 20th Century. Of course Jesus and the apostles new that these things already took place within the history of their time but the Apostles didn't question this sign because they knew that Jesus meant that these details were meant to happen all at once when the time came.

Naw, were not near the end, nad there are 2 things wrong in believing prophicies (IMO):

1. IF you believe in them then, Prophicies can be interpeted many different ways.

2. There are no such things as prophicies ie...bible, nostrodomes(sp?), etc...

mass human behaviour can be predicted. much like the weather. alluding to chaos theory each butterfly's wing movement is not known but the result can be determined amazingly accurately.

I mean...according to many prophets...wasn't the world supposed to end a long time ago?

Wasn't it supposed to end on 6/6/06?

And wasn't it supposed to end when it was the year 2000?

It'll end. Trust me. The way I said it would. Mass hysteria. The rich vs. the poor. With the middle class stuck between which side they'd rather be on.

The white man will be extinct by the year 2100. :) And not because of the minorities uprising. It'll be because of the decaying O-Zone layer, which will cause more harmful UV rays to slip through, causing people with lighter complexions to slowly become extinct from planet earth. Prophecies and bible mumbo jumbo might get you through another night of sleep. But science is fact.

The black race and the hispanic race will rise to power after this decline in the white man. The world will seriously change for a while, and then...of course...these minority races that were held down for so long will soon become what they hated most...just like the white man.

And eventually the world will end simply because Mother Earth can only take so much abuse from the consuming, wasteful human race. :)

You cannot compare Bible prophecy with other prophecies(especially Nostradamus) because all the prophecies in the Bible have been detailed and very accurate to the point that modern Bible critics claim that the prophecies HAD to have been written after the prophecies took place.

If you study the prophecies in Daniel and Isaiah you will notice the detail that was put into them which let us know who they were talking about and could not be interpreted any other way. In fact, Isaiah fortold that Babylon would be destroyed by the Medes and Persians. He even NAMED the leader of the Persians which was Cyrus. Isaiah wrote this 200 hundred years before it happened.

Bible prophecies are just like the others they can still be interpeted to fit the needs of whoever is doing the interpeting.

No disrespect to anyone, but the bible isn't the most reliable source of information ever. I don't think anyone should get worked up over the last days or anything, just because it's in some book. (I'm not trying to disrespect anyone)

Funny, I always found Biblical prophesies vague and open to interpretation. Kind of like Nostadamus. Or horoscopes.
