Atlus debuted 13 minutes of gameplay from its newly announced Dragon’s Crown Pro during a Sega stage event at Tokyo Game Show 2017 today.




The upcoming PlayStation 4 release features 4K resolution support, a newly recorded live orchestra soundtrack, cross-play with the PlayStation 3 and PS Vita versions, and English and Japanese voice options.


Dragon’s Crown Pro is due out for PlayStation 4 on January 25 in Japan.

VanillaWare RPG supports 4K resolution on PlayStation 4 Pro.

Atlus has released the first set of 4K resolution screenshots of Dragon’s Crown Pro.




The upcoming PlayStation 4 port of the VanillaWare-developed action RPG features 4K resolution visuals on PlayStation 4 Pro, a newly recorded live orchestra soundtrack, cross-play with the PlayStation 3 and PS Vita versions, and English and Japanese voice options. It also includes all six Storyteller add-ons, which were originally released for 514 yen each. That includes the Wizard (voiced by Hiroki Yasumoto), Sorceress (voiced by Kikuko Inoue), Dwarf (voiced by Unsho Ishizuka), Elf (Asami Imai), Amazon (voiced by Atsuko Tanaka), and Fighter (voiced by Kenjiro Tsuda).

  • Mage – Bewitching women with knowledge of dark magic. They are weak of body, but the great knowledge they wield of the arcade arts cannot be ignored.   • Wizard – Male magicians who have a wealth of magic at their beck and call. Unable to fend off monsters with strength, they instead rely on their spells, and are vital assets for any adventure.

Dragon’s Crown Pro features enhanced 4K resolution graphics and a fully re-recorded orchestral arrangement for every musical track in the game.



Players who prefer the original background music also have the option to swap them at any time during gameplay in the game’s audio options.
