Ep 94 was really well done with its writing. If you guys notice, Goku was reenacting his fight with his Grandpa while he was waiting for Freeza.

I think Goku is written fine but thats' just me and even then there's all the new new characters and interactions. Vegeta has been a gem so far.

I sold my soul to DB a long time ago...so im in it for the long haul.

Goku has been fine. At most he's been sometimes flanderized (mostly acting like his Kid self) but never out of character. The past 2 episodes he's been great. There's more to the show than just Goku lol. Absolutely loved seeing 17 reuniting with everyone else, especially Piccolo.

Well the reason why I dropped the show was because of how selfish and almost unintentionally evil Goku came off at times. I know the character loves to fight but putting the fate of every universe on the line just to satisfy his appetite is overkill.

I could no longer root for the character. I know there are better characters on the show but the problem is that the show keeps putting Goku at the forefront and won't let anyone else take that spotlight

DC/DB crossover is something I've always wanted to see. The chances are extremely low, but Marvel did a little crossover with Attack on Titan a couple years back, so never say never.

If the poisonous Gokuu that Toriyama writes was placed in a storyline with the most generically heroic Superman I think there would be a lovely storyline waiting to happen. Showing the vast differences between the two would be an awesome film or story arc. Basically, Superman versus The Elite, but with Gokuu and Vegeta replacing The Elite and the final confrontation being Gokuu fighting Superman in an officially sanctioned match for Vegeta's freedom after he kills a handful of villains and puts members of the Justice League (like Supergirl) in the ER after they try to stop him.

Goku and Beerus are what keep me coming back to the show. That and Roshi, Tien and Krillin getting to do stuff again. I'm really looking forward to that come the tourney.

Goku, I figured, was just acting like a saiyan with him putting his desire to fight above all else. A benevolent saiyan, mind, since he's not as vicious or bloodthirsty as Radditz, Nappa, or Saiyan Saga Vegeta. I wouldn't mind if something happened that knocked Goku's personality back to what it was when he first went SS1.

Oh, hey, Shida Naotoshi provided key animation for Episode #95 after all. It's all very conservative work, especially in comparison to his other work on the series, but it's to be expected when the production schedule is in the mess it is in.

Tate Naoki, another ace at Toei, also provided a cool fight scene.

DB hasn't had this level of a WC in the series since Vegeta on Namek. its gunna be awesome

Unless he switches sides in the next episode, it seems the recent episode descriptions were wrong.

I really hope he doesn't switch. The team dynamic would be way more interesting with a psychopath in the mix, instead of another good guy.

They're not allowed to be killed, so there's no edge to the drama.

That being said, before they introduced erasure/hakai death didn't really have much consequence ether.

I do miss OG Funimation Bulma. The new one isnt bad...but I think the original did better.

As much as I liked Linda Young as Frieza....Chris Ayers blows me away. He's sooo wonderfully smarmy.
