Duncan Jones' Warcraft

Farrell used to be one of the it dudes in Hollywood. He can still nab a decent role here and there but they're not clamoring for his ass.

I think it all changed with Alexander and Miami Vice when his star was fading. Even though he did 'The New World', he was barely in the movie.

And while he was in the excellent 'In Bruge', he didn't keep the ball rolling. And sadly that director seems to make movie every 5 years, so Collin can't count on him for critical hits.

If you look at Affleck, RDJ or good ole McConaughtey, they really had to reinvent themselves. While Collin has done supporting roles, and indie movies, he hasn't stand out like McConaughtney has with Mud or now the Dallas Buyers Club. It's about getting some buzz again, and build it up. Collin is still young enough that he can survive his Hollywood Game. Even Vin Diesel's relevant again. Anything's possible.

Yeah. Collin's like Ryan Reynolds where he's is NOT in the position like Michael Fassbender who can jump back and forth seamlessly.

Yeah, I think Ryan Reynolds might actually be done. He hasn't had a legitimate hit in years (maybe ever?). I can see him starring on a CBS show in a couple years.

OMG, you're right. There's no shame in TV if it's with FX, Showtime, AMC, and HBO, but I can see him on a sitcom again on CBS.

Ryan is actually a pretty good actor. I saw him in a movie called Buried, and he was fantastic. He was a good Wade Wilson, the writing sucked but that wasn't his fault. He just makes bad choices at times.

He's one of those actors who just can't catch a break.

But I do think his ship has sailed at this point. He's tried for the past decade. Sometimes, I feel there's force that's preventing him to break out.

Love it when there's news on this movie. I can totally see Patton as a Night Elf. Not sure how I'd feel if Farrell was in this, though.

Patton would be great. Farrell I don't hate as much as most, although I can understand objections to him.

Farrell gets a lifetime pass from me fore Tigerland, Daredevil, and Fright Night. Man, he was an entertaining vampire.

I didn't love him in Daredevil but I think he has a few good roles in him.

He's amazing in In Bruges. That movies friggen awesome. Always seems to be forgotten.

Don't get the hate with Farrell when it shows up. He's one of the best out there imo.

Don't know why but I forgot all about Bruges. Love that film. Both Farrell & Gleeson are great in it.

Also Phone Booth, I forgot about Phone Booth. That was another good one.

David Bowie is his dad right? If any franchise fits his "style" this might be the one.

Yes, David Bowie playing with his "balls" is certainly unforgettable.

:yay:labyrinth was on earlier today too!!

movie is still awesome

I agree. Showed it to my niece recently and she loved it as well.

If I see Duncan any time soon I'll pass the casting choice on. This is not a joke.

Please do, and tell him that I also suggested Jeremy Irons.
