Yes, he did in the Outlaw King.
Then again, I don't mind flimsy accent for I don't have the hear and I'm French.
For the rest of the world, it's probably of no concern since people outside the US watch movies dubbed in their own tongue.

Pine also did an English accent in Into the Woods. It was so-so but not terrible. He was funny in the role too.
