I don't think so. In "Begins," it's three notes - a low note, a high note, and a note in between the two.

The 60s TV series starts with high notes and descends before climbing ("NA NA Na Na na na Na Na", where "NA" is highest, "Na" is medium, and "na" is lowest).

Guys the three notes are the NBC theme.

Yes. After the credits the screen shows the rubble/destruction in Gotham. The camera shows someone step out of the fog, you only see his shoe step down. He bends down and grabs a batarang that was just laying there. He takes a sigh and stands up again and you see it's Liam Neeson as Ra's Al Ghul. He then says "I should have known that to conquer fear you must alley with an agent of chaos..."

He then turns around and faces the camera and continues "Together, let us break the Bat." Then you see out of the fog Adrian Brody as The Joker steps out, holds his card up then laughs before quickly throwing his card towards the screen.

Towards the end of the movie when Catwoman kisses Batman she says something like "In case I won't get a chance to do this later" may have been a reference to the Batman vs Superman issue from Hush where she kisses him and says "Because later you might not be able to do that."

The key "combination" that Bruce plays on the piano to open the secret entrance to the Batcave is comprised of three two-note chords, starting three octaves above middle-C. The keys he presses are D-E, D-E (up an octave), and G-A. However, the tones heard in the soundtrack are actually a half-step down from the correct tones for the notes he plays. This may simply be a post-production soundtrack adjustment or variance, but could also be that the piano was tuned a half-step down, which is sometimes done on older pianos to reduce the 18-20 tons of string tension stress on their framing.

I should also point out that, back then when this question was aked, the answer that I remember was that the notes were actually the first three notes of the alien message from Close Encounters.

During the motorcycle chase scene Bane is wearing a red helmet with black visor as well as a brown motorcycle jacket. This is the original costume Jason Todd took under his Red Hood persona, which is itself a callback to The Joker's original criminal identity.

In the same way Bruce's motorcycle jacket and 'scope' during the mayor's speech in TDK was an homage to Deadshot.
