I think two Move controllers would handle duel wielding much better than Kinect ever could.
Have you used Kinect? It actually works incredibly well. Like, omg!

It doesn't matter. Kinect or Move, the PC version will still be the best.

Let´s make this quick and no ruin the thread talking about something other than Skyrim, but, imo, Kinect can do everything Move can when the opposite is not true.I think two Move controllers would handle duel wielding much better than Kinect ever could.
The lack of buttons are, contrary to what people think and Sony advertised, the greatest asset of Kinect, because of the all natural movement.I doubt they will use motion control at all, but Move would probably be the only one to work. Games like Elder Scrolls require lots of "button" pushing, using your hands in a game like that regardless of how accurate it is would limit it. You need buttons in a game like this. But again I doubt motion control would be used in a game such as this.

I´m not defending Kinect as i still haven´t tried to (or Move, but i do have a Wii, so, it´s more or less the same), but Kinect has one thing that the other motion controllers don´t, natural movement.

You don´t button in real life, so...
If you wield two move controllers to mimick two swords, how to you make everything else?
And while fighting?
With Kinect you can do all that and much more, even give a kick in the groin and a headbutt....of course that´s just in theory as Microsoft seems to only want Kinect for the casual, which shameful as the potential is much wider than that.
With Kinect you can even put on a scary face to scare your enemies....the potential is enormous...but, at this point, Kinect is pure crap
Yeah, no thanks. I'll settle for a controller.
Same only I don't even consider it "settling." This generation has finally standardized a great, intuitive controller setup with the dual analog sticks--one for movement, one for camera--and the d-pad for selecting important stuff and the triggers for switching to targeting if necessary. It all works really well and I'm generally looking to veg out when I'm playing games anyway.Yeah, no thanks. I'll settle for a controller.

No, I'm with you 100%. When I said settle, I was kind of being sarcastic. I guess it didn't come through. Maybe I should have wrapped it in quotations. Or perhaps....snarky italics.

I agree, but I don't mind them utilizing motion gaming. It's a good idea if done right.
yea there's nothing wrong with implementing motion control, rather it be move or kinect. gamers get their d&d underroos into a bunch too easily. motion control could be fun for a game like this and if ya don't like em, just use the standard pad. I hope there will be some sort of motion control implemented. I'd wish they would let u use the kinect or eye toy to map your face into the game.
I´m sorry, but, how do you open doors? With a game like Elder Scrolls V then how do you quickly go to inventory, select a dialogue tree, initiate it? Open doors....and more importantly how do you jump and move around without buttons? So no it would not work. Elder Scrolls is not a on a rail automated game. Movements in this game and so forth go beyond "swinging a sword" from selling things in a massive inventory to strafing around the enemy to get a better advantage in real-time would not work on something like Kinect unless you had a massive room to do it in. But to run around with out buttons would be difficult I believe, as would selling certain things or doing things in inventory or stats changes would not be so "smooth".
I like the Wii (the only motion control i have).I wouldn't take any kind of motion control. It's a fad that's totally unnecessary for my gaming enjoyment.
That would be great, i don´t understand why many games where you can make your face, where you don´t have a distinct character, don´t have that option.I hope there will be some sort of motion control implemented. I'd wish they would let u use the kinect or eye toy to map your face into the game.
