Edit: sometimes we do indeed overlook the obvious. If the title is fallout, it pretty much suggests Ted will be of some importance. I'm guessing his death is imminent.

From the preview of the episode it looked like Peter maybe "teleported" to New York by accident, did anyone else catch that?

The reason peter healed was because claire was around him giving him enough time to take her healing powers to heal himself from certain death.

I don't think it is goingt to be Issac. I aggree that Hiro has set to many things in place for it to happen now. If his efforts were futile, why would he tell Peter to save the cheerleader if she were going to die anyway. We already know He can change the future because Peter stopped Sylar from killing Clair.
