Very good eppy. I like the building tension between the HOC and the pure bloods over the vaccine. Also, Krista's struggle to avoid feeding on humans while trying to stay undercover is getting really interesting.

Also, after Sticky's much maligned MA skills ( myself included ) have been a topic for weeks, I thought he vindicated himself somewhat with some nice fighting sequences in Berlin.

It looks like Krista might be busted by that guy that used to be on Andromeda.

I did like how the fights are getting a little bit flashier, although the editing could still use some work. But it's definitely getting there. I liked the scene in the airport where he got the hook-up with the customs chick. Plus, I liked the dressy overcoat.

The scene between him and Krista with him dosing her with serum was pretty good. Sticky's actually starting to grow on me. He's getting a better sense of the character and how he should act.

Again, I'm loving how gorey the show is, especially when Boone slashed that waitress's throat!! Worked out for the best, 'cause Chase thinks Krista fed on her, so hopefully she won't arouse suspicion.

All things considered, I'm really starting to love the show, and I might just be sad if it didn't get a second season. Some of the retcons aside, I like how the character's been translated. And granted, they were already doing Blade with the bald head and goatee in the recent comics before the casting of Sticky Fingaz, so I can't really complain too much.

Hey Blade fans. I taped the latest episode (the evil within) and as Marcus was approaching Krista in the tunnels, the tape stopped.

Basically, Marcus gives the tradictional "join me in my secret plot or die" speech, and to save her own skin and soon take Marcus down, she accepts.

Anyways, I thought it was a good episode. I was also glad to see Chase's character being hopefully ended as she was blown up in the building. I also thought the fight sequences were alittle better.

IMO, I think Blade should get some more screen time though. Sticky is now starting to get more into this character with more confidence.

During next week previews ,wasn't that Chase that was in the hospital, charred to a crisp but still talking to MVS? Maybe I'm wrong. Anyone else see that?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's Chase. Remember Quinn from the first movie? He got burned alive too and was fine. Vamps are resilient like that. Like eight year-olds! Besides, Chase is too spankable to kill off so quickly!

I loved the pure blood girl who had her bodyguard carry her on his shoulder. That's so cute!

I agree on all counts.
Did they hire a new choreographer? The fighting has SERIOUSLY improved. It may not be Wesley, but there's definitely more fluidity of movement. I'm having a blast watching this show!

I agree. Kirk has really grown into the role. The show gets better each week.

Krista might have some explaining to do if that audit revels her to be working with Blade, or the guy that found the vial Krista was using in the shrine.

I don't know if the audit will reveal her working with Blade, but it may reveal her having more of an alliance with Van Sciver, and thus being a part of whatever plans he's keeping from the council. Something tells me Chase's ex won't rat out Krista. If he discovers the serums purpose is to supress a vampire's thirst, he might play on that to get Krista into the House of Lican, since they don't feed on human blood either.

Good episode, really liked the "OH $#!t!" moment with Chase when she realizes she can't escape, pretty good planning on Blade's part. Suprised that no one has called ripoff yet though on the pregnancy plot, thought we'd definitely have a few Angel fans crying about that, even if it's the reverse of the Darla/Angel pregnancy. Good call on the House of Lichen thing KenK, they might actually try to recruit Krista.

It seems to me that any vamp that is'nt staked w/ silver or exploded w/ garlic always has the chance to come back.
I also liked the PB girl/ bodyguard swerve. It suckered me big time.

Omg that was my favorite episode so far, I thought Chase was toast but i thought it looked awesome and creepy in the previews where she was in the body bag.
