I really am curious to see if anyone but Oz will still be standing when this wraps up.

If they were thinking ahead to (fingers crossed) a Catwoman series, I can see Sofia making it out.

If no Season 2, which I wouldn't be against, I hope we get more shows in this universe. This show has catapulted among the best of comic book shows, no doubt. It's not my favorite. For one, I'd need more time to digest it, and two, I'm still waiting for something to come close to Legion, but everyone involved should take a bow.

Plus, those teases at the end are just enough to indicate how this could lead into The Batman 2 and beyond. And now...we await a physical release date.

Hell of an ending.

Oz is a bastard but damned if Farrell didn't make me sympathize with him and then loathe him five minutes later.
Poor Vic. :csad:

I'm at least glad that we'll see more of Sofia in the future, and if it's with Selina then all the better.

I was curious if we were actually going to see Batman in the finale but just the batsignal lighting up was perfect.

Oswald is a straight up SOB. Man I'm glad I've been Team Sofia.

Did my dude Vic dirty!

Ugh what a show. What a vile character Oswald is. Loved everything with the mom, love how well the show emphasized how Oz didn't love his mother for her but for himself. Just really well thought out writing for this show.

I knew that was exactly where it was going to end after the first episode. And it's exactly what needed to happen. Anyone who thought Oz had some moral line he could never cross...con was on you.

Bravo, 10/10 finale.

I mean, ya gotta commend the writers and showrunner for going all the way here

In a show where the titular character did some really evil and nasty stuff from the start, they did the one thing in the end that makes him completely irredeemable. And when Oz shows up in Part II, we are all gonna hope he gets what’s coming to him

I’m glad Gunn/Safran saw the merit in letting Reeves and his team continue their saga and flesh out the world a little bit more, really excited to see where they go next.

Thiz OZ is one of the most dangerous villains I've ever seen. This guy has the ultimate power: maximum charisma.

The way he made the vices kill their own bosses.... all he had to do was giving them this: hope. An illusion they now have a chance.

This man is absolutely a menace. He is the type of villain even if Batman beats him, the people - and honest people - will still be in OZ side.

It's a crazy good take in the character. Makes it incredible complex for Bruce/Batman do deal with. Not someone you can just punch or outsmart your way against.

OH.

Mayor Cobb and Selina/Sofia team-up were my big takeaways as far as Part II and beyond are concerned.

I'd wager we're still probably a good ways off from Mayor Cobb. That'll probably be more of a Part III thing, if I had to guess.

Yep, what happened was really the only way this story could have ever ended IMO.
