tell me about it. I wasnt affected the last time the PSN had issues bc I wasnt playing online but I definetly was this week bc of the new releases.

I hate the timing too, but not because of any of the new releases. Just because I had just put Netflix through to my PS3 from a friend. It worked for me like KAL suggested a trick to keep trying, but now it's inaccessible. I hope all this gets sorted out soon, freakin' hackers are lame.

An external intrusion on our system has affected our PlayStation Network and Qriocity services. Our efforts to resolve this matter involve re-building our system to further strengthen our network infrastructure. Why? It's not like there's an extra day off this weekend because of Easter, it's just another Saturday/Sunday. Unless ripping spinal cords out and smashing frozen people with it online is an Easter tradition I was unaware of.

The places Ive worked at have Good Friday as a holiday so thats an extra day off of work.

In the UK we've got Friday and Monday off. Although I'm a student so I've bascially got life off at the moment
