How about NOT assuming that I don't own both consoles, because I actually do. Most of my MP games are on the PS3. I prefer to buy games on PS3 because a Blu Ray is MUCH better than a dual layered DVD, IMO. I only have the XBOX because of the exclusives like HALO, for example. So do us all a favor and don't assume anything.

I dont see why I need to own both consoles ethier. I choose in 2006 to own a ps3 over the xbox. Just more games interested me on it as opposed to the 360. I have some cash but not enough to support to consoles, let alone 3 if you throw in the wii.

-PSP

And I have preference for all five
-XBOX 360 - Playing first person shooters is great with the controller. Enjoying the content that Microsoft provides like videos, reviews, trailers, and help tips.

-PS3 - Fighting games (ex. Mortal Kombat) where the D-Pad is a must (especially for fatalities), multimedia hub, and storage unit for HD content (have over 60 HD movies on there)

-NINTENOD WII - popular gameplay like Mario and Zelda and motion gaming. I haven't touched the system since I completed Mario Galaxy 2. But, will have to start up for Skyward Sword.

-NINTENDO 3DS - this is new so just enjoying the 3D for now

-PSP - portable movie player. Got almost all Nintendo games on there. **** PSP gaming, bring on the hacks!

Exactly! That's why I bought the XBOX. If all games were on both consoles, then I would only own the PS3.

Yes exactly, even if you need to get three jobs to afford it you must own another console.

But seriously I'm in the exact same boat as you, this guy is nuts if he thinks I'm going to get another console just to remain online. Especially an Xbox of all things urgh

Where does an extra 25 million come from? I thought 77 million encompassed every account that had ever signed up for PSN

You know what this type of situation shows? Why it's good to own NO CONSOLES. But this only works if you don't play video games I do.

Sony promised security and service and failed to fulfill that promise. That's all the flak that needs to go around right now. Blaming people because they don't own multiple consoles in case of halted service is . Give me a break.
