Ever had a dream about Hell or Satan?

I had something along those lines. It was a long dream but I'll summarize: I was in a dark, gruesome place. It was like a forest and there were lots of creatures around. I heard lots of screaming in both pain and anger. I saw a plethora of sickening sights including skinned bodies being strung up and presumably ready to be eaten.

As I walked, I felt myself become more bestial. I felt and saw myself change into one of the creatures. I tried to run away and fell into a river. When I emerged, I was human again. The water was a dark red. I noticed the river was being fed by water coming down a nearby hill. I looked to the top of the hill and saw Jesus, crucified and bleeding into the river.

This was years ago but I never forgot the feeling with which I awoke. I dream constantly and they are usually outlandish. Somehow, this one felt different.

I read the case of Anneliesse Michel ( which inspired the Exorcism of Emily Rose ) and got a little freaked out.

I dreamt of it once, it was interesting, it was a cross between the road to hell in the machinist, a computer game, and a Rob Zombie film trailer. I had to try to escape from hell, I had a set amount of time to climb the length of this train whilst Rob zombie shot at me with a golden revolver, I had t keep repeating it till i did it. Then I climbed out of a window onto some grassy dark place, then were in a series of cubed rooms with glass doors, each room was different, and had different dangers, one was a plant room, one had raptors, and one had killer insects. They all followed me from one room to the next, and I don't really remember any more....

I know what you mean by "different". Every time I have a dream about Hell there's a vividness and an abnormal level of sophistacation. Creeps me out.
