The Prosecutor turns to the defendant, smiles.

The Prosecutor's smile disappears. He turns back to Rossi.

Mr. Rossi, I'm confused...

PROSECUTOR
I've got a sworn statement from you that this man, Salvatore Maroni, is the new head of the Falcone crime family.

ROSSI
Maroni? He's a fall guy. I'm the brains of the organization.

LAUGHS from the gallery. The PROSECUTOR turns to the JUDGE.

PROSECUTOR
Permission to treat the witness as hostile?

ROSSI
Hostile? I'll show you hostile

I think that scene would just ensue into a fist fight. When Maroni scarred Harvey in TLH, he didn't just randomly go "You Jerk!" then throw acid on him.

The casting sides are script excerpts that were posted online so actors could practice auditions. They were picked up by an old poster here. The scenes may or not make it into the movie it's likely they've been changed so not to give too much away. The names of the main characters are different too.

It's a minor gripe, but I always hated how un-potty-mouthed criminals are in these movies.

Yeah, bad dialogue writers really expose themselves when they try to keep dialogue PG-13.

This is one reason I liked the dialouge in Begins. The bad guys came off as smart and not needing to swear to get the point across. But something in me would love to see a thug running away screaming "It's the ****ing BATMAN!" t:

totally agree man. i totally bought the "DONT KILL ME MAN!" "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU?" thug from B89, as well as "IM TELLIN YA MAN, A GIANT BAT!!". but cmon, "i heard he can FLY, i heard he can DISAPPEAR."?, oh brother. begins at times comes close to schumacher corniness, unfortunatly.

1. Every incarnation of Batman has to have his Joker. Period.

2. Two-Face was done horribly in the last series. This time he will be done justice.
