Sounds like the only good match was the opener and the rest marred by weak wrestling, an uninterested crowd, or a bad finish.

I will laugh when Batista's MMA career is like Bobby Lashley's

and that's a shame.. Bobby Lashley could've been a huge star in the WWE. (Goldberg kinda type)
We were talking about Triple H saying WWE hasnt any "destroyers" type of guys.. Bobby Lashley could've been that guy.

Reading Bret Hart's comments from earlier: I am glad that he has finally buried the hatchet with the WWE and Shawn Michaels.

OK i was watching some old attitude era clips online and i will bring up a certain clip that shows how far wwe has fallen and it is not a clip you would think of:

Rikishi/Too Cool Rumble 2K Dance
[YT]LvJS5n-mKbw[/YT]

listen to the reaction Scotty 2 Hotty gets and the entire crowd is erupting in cheers and claps as they dance and the whole arena was chanting "Rikishi"

my point is look who they were

all 3 were glorified mid carders too cool was just a tag team not even a Hardyz/Dudleyz/E@C tag team they were a lower level tag team.

Rikishi only dabbled in main event scene with the whole Rock angle and never became a world champ he was ic champ maybe once.

and they got such a huge pop and they were mere mid carders and the difference between the attitude era and the current WWE. Is wwe back then made you care about everyone not just the main eventers.

they made you care about tag teams with - EC/Hardyz/APA/Too Cool/Dudleyz/

made you care about the mid card scene with - Benoit/Jericho/Angle/Guerrero/Regal/etc.

that is one of wwe's biggest flaws now is they dont make you care about everybody only the top guys

imo in the attitude era i honestly beleive the hardy boyz vs E@C vs the Dudleyz could of main evented a ppv thats how big they were at the time.

Until people saw Lashleys face and he opened his mouth. I always felt he worked best as a face and would never work as a more aggressive character. IMO he doesn't have a lot of what made Lesnar and even Batista work in that "bringer of destruction" role.

This thread is new, but it's missing something.

Oh right....diva pics.

the fact thats it's the garden as well really shows how over they were

Finally going to ROH again this week. They are in Los Angeles on 1/28.

Daniels is defending his ROH TV title against Mark Briscoe. Strong is defending his title against El Generico. Looks like a great card overall.

I don't think so....thread limits are set at 2K now so it makes very little sense to rename going forward

Well we should decide on a name once and for all, since it's just gonna get "Part #" added to it.

Damn, i forgot to check for tickets to Raw today, they always release tickets on the day of the event. screw it i'll save my money.

Shad Gaspard Calls Lance Cade A Backstabber & Talks TNA & His Match With JTG
By Michael Bluth
Jan 24, 2011 - 4:21:18 PM

Final Bell Radio with Shad Gaspard
Host: Agahzi Giorgis
Available at www.finalbellradio.com

What caused heat between Cryme Tyme and the team of Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch: "Well, I mean, anybody who knows Lance Cade God rest the guy's soul. Lance was a great guy personally. Great father to his kids, great guy to hang out with and chill with. Lance Cade the person and Lance Cade the wrestler are two totally different people. Lance Cade the person is a guy that I would fight for in a bar. Lance Cade the wrestler is a guy that would stab me in the back, stab me in the gut, and who has stabbed several of his friends to keep his career going. That's what he was taught to do, so that's what he did."

His pay-per-view match with JTG and how it affected his push: "The outcome at the pay per view match kinda got messed up because we weren't given information that was vital to our match. It's one of those things where certain people don't give you information for good reason in their opinion. And the good reason is, the pay-per-view match would have put me over big and would have set off a chain of events that would have led to me being number one contender for the WWE title eventually but certain people decided not to chime in and tell me what was going to happen in the match."

Whether he's talked to TNA: "I've talked to several wrestlers that work for TNA about me coming over. I was actually supposed to go to TNA show a couple of times with a friends of mine but I was still with the company(WWE) so I didn't want to have a Highlander moment... I like TNA but I'd want to do something different if I came to TNA. I would want to make a boom rather than be like everybody else."

Name association:

Shawn Michaels: "Ha (chuckles)....that's about it."

John Cena: "Ha (chuckles)."

Chris Jericho: "My mentor and my brother."

Vince McMahon: "Workhorse."

Other topics include the house show incident with Cade and Murdoch that got Cryme Tyme released, deciding to audition for Tough Enough, Cryme Tyme's participation in Lita's sendoff, who came up with the Cryme Tyme gimmick, whether he was really pulled from a Royal Rumble match, and how he figured out that he and JTG wouldn't be getting the tag team titles.

I wonder what the "Ha" is for?
