I'd love the fantasicar to be in the next movie. I think it'd be great if reed makes a bathtub like one at first and then he and johnny re-designs it to look like 4 air crafts together as they did in the comic.

Ok, I see your arguments here. Characters should be the focus not the gadgets. Maybe they could include it, and just not call it that? Fantasticar just sounds bad IMO. Also, no flying bathtubs (unless they are filled with a bikini-clad Sue)

Here's what I'd like to see...

Reed should invent the bathtub Fantasticar - only to have Ben & Johnny say, "No way, I'm not flying in that!" when he shows it off.

Then they could have another montage - this time the team working together (Ben holds it up, Johnny welds - you know the drill) to rebuild it A-Team style into something really cool looking...and THEN Ben and Johnny fight over who flies it.

that sounds like a huge diversion from the story and even though it can be quick it would seemed forced i'de rather it was already made and it just get's introduced to the rest of the team.

Didn't we see a model of what looked like a prototype of the Fantasicar in cut scenes?
Besides like I said in another thread, I think they should have the Fantasicar, it's 2 years into the future Reed ahd tons of stuff lying around in the 1st film, why not have one by the time FF2 takes place?
