God, I hope not. It's a clicheic direction to take the character, it makes Hobbs look like a chump again, and it's a convenient backdoor for white washing Letty of her face heel turn.

I don't know if this has been brought up already but they're considering giving Hobbs his own spinoff before a Fast 7. Sounds good to me I just hope it finally takes place after Tokyo Drift.

What I wanna see is the gang traveling to Japan to take down the Yakuza for killing Han, explaining Vin's appearance at the end.

I cannot understand why anybody cares about this series staying in continuity with Tokyo Drift. I didn't dislike the film but it was by far the least grossing of the series. Most normal fans of the series haven't seen it so whocares? They can ignore Drift for all I and most people care.
