The only good thing about this Trump reign of terror is that we can all see how abusive the Executive Branch can be if the POTUS is a man without any morality and ethnic, and perhaps in the future the Congress can find a way to curtail some of its power to prevent another Trump from taking the office of presidency.

That's why we need laws. Laws dont have political opinions. People enforcing those laws have political opinions, but the laws themselves dont. They just are. And when people fail to enforce those laws we have other laws that allow us to punish those that didnt enforce the laws. The system isn't perfect, but it does work. Better than relying on a bunch of old farts in Congress to say, "Hey, Mr. President, you're acting childish and you cant do that. Stop it right now, Mr. President."

This administration has proven that we cant assume that a Congress will always be able to or will want to limit a president.

I don't know how stupid Trump and Sanders think people are, but anyone can watch the video and see Acosta did not put his hands on her. So anyone saying otherwise either hasn't seen the video, or is lying. There's no third option.

Also, if Trump really thought Acosta is so terrible, he wouldn't have called on him. He purposefully picked Acosta because he wanted a confrontation. This is an attempt at cooking up a distraction from the real news of the day, which is Trump firing Sessions and switching oversight of Mueller from Rosenstein to Whitaker.
