The dumbass zombie Republicans of West Virginia would still be chanting 'lock her up!' about Hillary Clinton even if she was dead and buried. 'Dig her up! Lock her up! Dig her up! Lock her up!'

I'm still waiting for this to happen at a Trump rally

Oh, for another good hit, apparently the evidence for Manafort's OTHER federal felony trial is apparently being released tonight. The one that involves him being a foreign agent.

I think Manafort not flipping has less to do with any sort of loyality to Trump and more with him not wanting to get assassinated by Russia.

And it isn't even infrastructure week.
First rule of infrastructure week is that it is always infrastructure week :cwink:
It was the same on Fox News. They regarded them as "boring" white collar crime and not as serious as a murder caused by am illegal immigrant. :whatever:
For Fox White Collar crime isn't a serious crime because their shady corporate conservative overlords say it isn't :cmad:

Yep.

Manafort is probably more scared of getting killed off by the Russians than doing jail time.

Taking down a criminal like Trump won't be easy, but this day marks an important first step in bringing him and his empire down in the near future.

So from what I’ve read, the Constitution doesn’t specifically state the President can’t be indicted while in office, but Mueller and his team will adhere to tradition and precedent.

The irony here is we have a President who has wiped his ass with tradition and precedent and now that same ass will be saved by it.

Because a large amount of voters don't care that their democracy is being eroded. :(

Not surprisingly, Fox News is using the arrest of an illegal immigrant to try to distract the fact that the former lawyer and campaign manager of a sitting president have been found guilty.

Surprised? That whole murder will be a excuse to **** with the whole immigration thing.

I'm beginning to think the worst thing Reagan ever did was to revoke the Fairness Doctrine. Now look where we are.

Oh man,Donnie sure stuck it to Cohen, now nobody will want to hire him.

is that legit?

That's the best he has to fight back with?

He must not have been looking for a good lawyer then.

Only the best people. Only the best.

Fox News has been getting more bold with their white supremacist narrative lately. Laura Ingraham's xenophobic immigration rant drawing headlines not too long ago.

You just know those old lecherous gammons and peroxide fembots are just waiting for the day they can announce their glorious race war to purge the nation of non-whites :o

Cohen's lawyer Lanny Davis claims that Cohen has "completely flipped" and has evidence for Mueller of Trump directly conspiring with the Russians, including Trump having advance knowledge of the hacking of the DNC.

Have seen a few news outlets run with stories about potential impeachment.

Not being from the US myself I think we often get a skewed view of this does anyone from America actually think its going to happen?

I think Dems would have to break the GOP hold on the houses in the midterms for impeachment to be feasible.

And then if he gets impeached as soon as the Democrats take over the houses, Trump could cry about a witch hunt some more.

His base would perceive it as an unfair process and the Dems just getting revenge for the lost election.

It would be preferable for enough Republicans to break ranks to get bipartisan impeachment charges, but I don't know how likely that is.

Agreed. The biggest problem is how incredibly spineless the Congressional Republicans have been. If it turns out Cohen has a recorded tape of Trump on a Skype call with Vladimir outright asking him to win the election for him, I would still be doubtful they would go along with an impeachment.

Yeah the way I was reading it sounded like they need a all the dominos to fall in the right way before it has a chance.

Just from reading some political pundits that getting two thirds of the Senate to agree on anything can be difficult at best. Getting two thirds to impeach a president is near impossible as many from both sides will just blindly support there guy or woman.

So Cohen's lawyer is saying Cohen won't accept a pardon from a criminal like Cheetoh.

Not sure if that's just lip service to get a better plea deal but at the same time, if you believe the reports, Cheetoh has treated Cohen like crap for their entire relationship. I can easily see Cohen finally seeing this as a way to get back at him.

Meanwhile it's obvious Cheetoh is dangling the idea of a pardon in front of Manafort so he won't sing.

I don’t think the Founding Fathers ever imagined that one day they’ll be giving the pardoning power to a criminal who would use it to silent key witnesses against him. I hope the Democrats will do something about it when they finally capture the WH and the Congress.

I like it. :D
