I give the juror who went public a lot of credit. I know it’s easy to lump Trump supporters together, but while she believes in the “phony witch hunt” she also kept a reasonable open mind.

That being said, the evidence was clearly overwhelming that it was undeniable. If I were Cheetoh I’d be scared that Mueller knows he has to put a slam dunk in and is not just going off of circumstantial. Of course, I also give the average American citizen more credit than the spineless men and women in Congress.

Why would any lawyer plead to anything? To cut a deal! He knows if he goes to trial, he's screwed! So, he cuts a deal to a lesser charge and offers up Donnie in exchange. Pretty simple logic, really.

Since when is "he wouldnt have gotten caught if you hadn't investigated someone he knew." a valid defense? That's some scooby doo BS, right there. If a person committed a crime they committed a crime. It shouldn't matter a bit that they were only caught because of another investigation.
