There was another close call last week. A guy was sending racist filled messages to a white woman, and her two biracial children (father is black) via social media (maybe Facebook). She worried for her children, and just in case the police checked the guy out.

They stopped him as he was pulling out of his driveway, loaded with guns, a kevlar vest, and a written plan for a school shooting. Had he not made those threats, we may have been talking about another school shooting this week.

I was just thinking, for how much Trump, and his cultists hate on various organizations. The FBI, CIA, judges, apparently the military now. It doesn't stop them from saving lives. If anything, things continue to work in spite of Trump, and his cult.

President Bonespurs can ***** about McCain getting taken hostage. Or the man who helped kill Bin Laden. His cult can ***** about the "deep state". At the end of the day though they're still stopping terrorists homegrown, and abroad, and saving lives in the process.

Same with him hating on the fire services of California, risking their lives to put out fires. Or his insulting of the PR mayor, who continued to work out of shelters. They continue to do good work despite Trump slinging mud everywhere, and just getting in the way in general.

He may spread hate, and divisiveness, but at the end of the day good people are not being detoured from helping others. Not really a point. Just makes me hopeful when despite everything else happening. Despite the chorus of hate. We're still able to stop some of it.
