AP News:: Russian forces deploy at Syrian border under new accord

Russian military police began patrols on part of the Syrian border Wednesday, quickly moving to implement an accord with Turkey that divvies up control of northeastern Syria. The Kremlin told Kurdish fighters to pull back from the entire frontier or else face being “steamrolled” by Turkish forces.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan echoed those warnings, saying his military would resume its offensive against Kurdish fighters if the new arrangements are not carried out.

Matt Gaetz and his little gang of House Republicans were crashing witness testimony in a secure SCIF room (cell phones in hand), shouting nonsense about not being able to attend the hearings and complaining about the process.

It's absolutely appalling. You are NOT allowed to bring electronic devices with you into a SCIF room, and Gaetz should be charged with breaking the law.
