Horror Final Destination Reboot | WB/New Line

In that event, I just hope they can keep it up.

They had one of the Radio Silence guys on the Bloodlines script. I’d definitely get him back.

If they can keep coming up with creative kills I definitely hope for more, because I really liked Bloodlines. I only had a couple of minor negatives but it was such an enjoyable experience I can overlook that.

They really need a great opening sequence and that's probably the hardest part coming up with, even more so than the individual deaths and the sequence of events leading to them. I liked Bloodlines a lot but the "idea" of the opening sequence in the restaurant at the top of a pole is not one of the strongest opening ideas. It worked because it was well executed and enjoyable to watch. But something like the airplane crashing, the massive accident on the freeway, the rollercoaster or the bridge accident felt stronger just because they're more relatable I think.

The movie series has earned over $983 million worldwide, making it New Line’s third-biggest horror franchise behind the record-breaking $2.3 billion-grossing The Conjuring Universe and $1.2 billion-generating It films.
As horror goes, it’s insane that IT pulled that off in just two movies.

I just finished my weekend FD movie marathon. It was my first time seeing all of them and I was not disappointed (well, except for how bad 4 was). Bloodlines was great, and it really showed that some time away kept the franchise fresh.

My ranking:

1. Final Destination Bloodlines
2. Final Destination
3. Final Destination 2
4. Final Destination 5
5. Final Destination 3
6. The Final Destination

When that happened it cemented it as a three star movie on Letterboxd for me and it wouldn't sink lower than that. The MRI scene pushed it to an extra half a star. :o

As someone who’s been on the Richard Harmon train since The 100, it was nice to see him kill it in this. Fingers crossed his star continues to rise.

Apparently I've seen Richard Harmon in Grave Encounters 2 and I barely remember that one.

That guy looked so familiar to me even though this was the first thing I've seen him in where he had a major role. He reminded me of a healthier Bam Margera. :o
