I have watched the entire 6 seasons of Flash and season 5 is the most unrealistic of them all. From the moment Berry and Iris' daughter travels into the past at a time when she was not yet born and not even in the planning stages, she has irrevocably changed the future - time is highly complex and even the smallest thing could change everything - a different conversation, a different daily routine, etc. - in the future at the time of Nora's conception. at the time of Noras conception these small other details could cause the conversations to last longer than usual causing Iris and Berry to have intercourse later causing the sperm that fertilizes Iris's egg and creates Noras to be different and Nora to never be born and Nora to never be born as a result.
