Civil War Fly Like An Eagle...err...Falcon! - The Falcon Thread

With Redwing drone, new suit, and upgraded arsenal, I think Falcon is now good enough to be one of the Avengers. I hope his wings won't be snapped so easily like in TWS though.

I wonder if Redwing will have any powers, like will it shoot red laser beams out of its eyes and caw?

He is one of the Avengers...

It'll be interesting to see if Redwing is only for surveillance or has some offensive capabilities.

Anthony Mackie says he doesn't think he or Sebastian Stan should take over the Cap role b/c that would mean no Bucky or Falcon
(On Flight scenes) You'll always have someone who's just gonna come and punch you in the stomach.
Thor has daddy issues AND brother issues and needs a man-bun.
“Who would win in a physical competition between you and Chris?” Me, me, me, me, me, I, first person, singular. We had a push up competition on set started by Vision. I was like, yo Paul, your gem isn’t real. It’s not gonna help you. Chris did 70 push-ups. When I got through with my 85 I just stopped because my wrist started hurting. So I would definitely win. I’ve got Captain Small-Ass, I got him, trust me. — Anthony Mackie (SLCC 9/26/15)
Mackie would be the Hulk if he had to switch characters with his cast mates

Well before the new gear he was unworthy of being an Avenger.:o It takes a lot be one. With the exception of Wanda, she just had to step out a door to become one.:sly:

Black Widow could be with ANYONE IN THE UNIVERSE and
she got with the HULK. I’m flying in, I’m from the military,
I’ve got wings, she’s like “eh.” She chooses the HULK?!

:lmao:

I’ve been very fortunate, I’ve done a lot of movies, I’ve worked
with a lot of people… I don’t think anyone would be able to give Cap the
respect and dignity that Chris does.”

The Falcon Thread is goin' full brotha', 1963!

“I just want to make sure we’ve considered all our options,” says Mackie, as we see The Falcon dive off a building and take flight. “Those people who shoot at you usually wind up shooting at me too.” And so it proves. But what of Falcon’s arc in this movie?

“He’s deepening his relationship with Cap,” says Joe Russo. “It’s Falcon, Cap and Bucky – how is that dynamic going to work going forward? How does he feel about Bucky? How does it alter his relationship with Cap if Winter Soldier comes back into the picture?” We have a feeling the burgeoning Cap/Falcon/Bucky slashfiction industry is about to experience a major boom. After all, this could be seen as the greatest love triangle in the MCU.

I loved Steve/Sam's blossoming bromance in CATWS. While everyone is talking about Tony's delusional one-sided friendship with Steve now that Bucky is in the picture, I'm here worrying about how that is going to impact Steve/Sam's bromance. I don't want Steve to forget or sideline Sam now that Bucky is back.

Steve's capable of maintaining more than one friend or BFF you know. Many people do it.

Talking about from writing perspective.
I had no idea people could maintain more than one friend in the world. Thanks for opening my eyes.

Tony's delusion is that his friendship with Steve is on par with Stucky.

Sam's a big boy; when Bucky breaks bad (and he will), Sam will be there to help Steve pick up the pieces. Awwwww....

Anyone else think an argument between Steve and Sam would be cool to see?
