I have an eye exam coming up. And I remember my doc telling me I should eat foods to help my eyes. None of the ones he listed come into my damn head. Can anyone help me with a few? Thanks. :o

Tomatoes, carrots, spinach, and oranges. All have betacarotene, which is basically like a candy for your eyes. Spinach also has lutein. That's also good to have for the eye sight.

I like tomatoes and oranges, but carrots and fresh spinach only in a salad. You could try it like that. Also substitute fresh spinach for lettuce on a sandwich.

I don't eat any of those and I have 20/10 vision:confused:
