Hate to break up the little love in you lot are having but I'd like to post something actually on topic.

Do I hate health nuts? No. But I have no time in general for people who would try to lecture me oh how I live my life and no time for people who take a patronising tone with me.
You don't have to be a health nut OP to lose weight. I lost four stone by just eating in moderation and doing light exercise every day (like cycling for 40 minutes). The "diet" I used wouldn't exactly have been that of a "health nut" (I seem to remember the lads in the Fitness thread telling me I was eating garbage
). Plus, I would consume alcohol and have the odd takeaway at the weekend so really losing weight was a piece of piss once I got use to the routine of regular light exercise.
In a nutshell what I'm saying is getting fit doesn't necessarily mean sucking the enjoyment out of your life. If anything when I was losing the weight I loved it and life was actually much better, that new found confidence and "**** you" attitude I had towards all the people that ridiculed my weight in the past. God that was class.
