They did a limited run of physical copies that cost 20 dollars more. I don't think they're available anymore.

The patch is out and they said the CP will be given on the double XP weekend.

I'm downloading it now.

For future DLC it would be fun to have Pamela, Jason X/Uber Jason, maybe part 4 Jason even though he's basically part 3 but still different. Can switch him up a bit. I doubt they'd do Part 5/Roy. Would be cool to have more heroes besides Tommy. Maybe Alice , Ginny or Tina. Some more maps would also be cool. Maybe some sort of map related to Jason Takes Manhattan or Jason X. There's a lot they can do for additional features and DLC. Let's see

I don't think his addition is supposed to be intimidating haha. It's just a fun thing for fans.

Exactly. It's not meant to be ultra scary or anything of the sort. It's something a ton of fans have been requesting virtually since this game started being made & so the devs are honoring that by providing him to fans free of charge.

No doubt, but I can't stop laughing every time I see him, or hear his music. It's like Adam West's Batman stepping into a Burton or Nolan Batman movie.

I was originally on none the last few weeks. Set it to Jason the last few days and still get counselor. Doesn't seem to do anything... from what I can tell.

I put it as counselor for a while and almost never got Jason. Switched it to None and get Jason sometimes.

Seems fine to me.

And that 8-bit music is awesome.

Counselor easily.

Playing as Jason is fun sometimes but making a whole game out of it would be kind of boring.

No preference I enjoy both a lot for different reasons.

For those saying they rarely get to play as Jason that's weird. I have my preference set as his and I get to play as him quite often.

Can't say which I prefer playing as...it's pretty even for me. I love the joy of being both, though maybe playing as Jason would get the slight edge for me. I'm surprised people are still saying they've barely gotten Jason. That's where my preference is set & I can't even count how many times I've spawned as Jason.

On a side-note, the more I play this game the more I wonder how this team would handle a Halloween film. Yes, I know DBD included Myers but there's a way around everything & I'd love for this to be the next classic franchise they tackle.

did you set your spawn preference to Jason? Because they've definitely improved the way the game picks Jason's, so either your preference is set to counselor or none, or you just have the worst luck.

Yes, today it's working. Had a few in a row being Jason.

Again, basically just me and this one other player taking turns. It's pretty fun just going after one person.

Playing as Jason is actually getting to be more and more fun to me....especially when people run right into your midst and end up being an easy kill.

Glad they finally fixed the Packanack roof glitch. It's fun to use in private lobbies with friends but way too many people (especially yesterday before the update) were using it in quick play and it was annoying. Lucky for them I didn't have the shotgun. Tried to tell the idiot playing Jason to let me get them down but he decided to kill me so I quit before the kill was logged in.

Anyway, on another note, I'm anxiously awaiting more DLC. I really want to see if and how they pull off the Grendel spaceship & implementing Jason X/Uber Jason in the game. The latter is gonna be tricky...hard for me to buy him getting knocked on his ass with any of the weapons currently provided.

But, I know that all of this will likely come after the single player...just hope the wait isn't too long.

4. Deliberately Helping Jason - This one is trickier; we will ban the Jason player and those helping Jason for deliberately 'helping' Jason win a match through killing other teammates or working to farm XP.

5. Deliberate Abuse of Exploits - Exploit usage that results in the deliberate griefing of others to gain an advantage and overall reduce enjoyment for other players will result in a ban.

6. Do Not Pretend to be an Employee of Gun Media or IllFonic - Anyone utilizing usernames that attempt to act as a member of our team or speaks in-game as an employee of our team will result in a ban.

7. Do Not Spam Report Those You Do Not Like - Reporting users needs to be constructive; we do not ban for team-killing. Please only report those you are certain of cheating or exploiting. We will eventually ignore requests from those excessively reporting other users for actions that do not fall within these guidelines.

Gun Media holds complete discretion on bans at this time and will work to improve experiences overall. However; at this time bans will be permanent for those caught breaking these major areas of concern.

For those reporting; we need 100% verifiable evidence of these actions occurring. A video with usernames displayed and links to usernames is necessary for us to take action.
