This looks like a Dragonball: Evolution/Team America hybrid redux (Only with a higher budget and even sillier dialogue).

This trailer doesn't set up the movie at all and instead flaunts flat out ridiculous special effects that don't compliment an already what seems to be "shallow" film.

Also what's up with Paramounts love for destroying French landmarks ? (Not that it bothers me, its just interesting trend).

Terrible. A G.I Joe movie could have been way better than this garbage.

Well, it's pretty much what the cartoon was. My only issue is that it's hard to tell what the **** is going on. We need a more dialogue driven trailer after this one so we can at least get a roll call of characters.

Oh and btw, I also love RESOLUTE!! So our taste is not that differnt. So give this film a chance.

This movie will do for GIJOE the same way Transformers film did for Transformers years ago.

Dragonball was literally the worst movie..like ever....and if it was really crappy due to the fact the strike was on then I'm thinkin this movie may suffer the same fate....even IF some of the things they were supposed to shoot were stupid they couldnt get the writers to fix it, thus resulting in....crapola

Its weird..I liked the trailer...but...kinda didn't...probably because I realize its from Sommers and Van Helsing was horrid...Mummy and Mummy Returns was cool...but I dunno man..I'm SO worried right now....

The Eccelerator (sp?) suits I dont know..I'm torn..its like the idea is cool, a cool suit with grappling hooks and missle launchers..but maybe its the design or I cant shake the feeling they were copying Iron Man..or SOMETHING...I mean, it just seems like it wasnt needed or something...dammit I cant put my finger on it ..i feel sad

The only reason I don't find the exo-suits redundant and stupid is because they actually would have used something like this on G.I. Joe. Not as a constant crutch, but maybe for a certain mission or something.
