Gal is a world-class beauty and I've supported her casting but wow, I don't like this short hair. Can't believe I've now said something negative about her. Had to happen sooner or later, I guess. Lol

Since she has already been filming, I strongly doubt that she has suddenly had a "continuity error special" wet cut and dry.

She's put on some weight, but she definitely isn't what I'd consider muscular. I'm okay with that. Seeing a relatively thin (but healthy looking) woman perform amazing feats of strength could actually look pretty damn cool (and might be the point).

Now I take it back. She looks gorgeous in these finished results. I wonder when these pics were taken? I also wonder how long she's filming her WW role? BvS is a 7 month shoot. Will she be filming her role the whole time?

I originally thought Snyder's A-list fitness team would bulk Gal up way more. But it doesn't matter to me. Magic fuels her power. Yet I can see why they cast Tao as Mercy. Because they can't really go with muscle women as Amazons, or they'd make Gal look all the more slender.

That said, the camera adds weight, camera angles can do even more and CGI could really morph her frame. But I hope they just allow her to look like herself.

It's possible she won't actually do all that much as Wonder Woman in this movie and didn't think it would be necessary to have her undergo a metamorphosis. It's also possible that her costume will cover her up more than we've anticipated. Who knows? They might decide to bulk her up for JL, but either way, I'm fine with the way she looks.

But to be honest she doesn't look bad, and costume + Snyder directing + CGI + other technical things will be what really matters when it come to fighting.

I'm not saying she won't have any action scenes; just not as much as we might think. Plus, if they are filming this movie and JL back-to-back, it's possible they just wanted to give her a head start before they really start to train her for JL. But, of course, I could be wrong.
