Well, in the New 52 WW book, she has an apartment in London, and she seems pretty familiar with the city, so I assume that she lives there at least some of the time.

Magic was never discussed, so it is open to exist in the DCCU. That's like people on earth in the DCCU who didn't believe in aliens until the Kryptonians came to earth. So even though someone in the DCCU doesn't believe in magic, doesn't mean it doesn't exist. I don't like calling it the MOS DCCU, because it's not Superman's universe. It's all of these characters' universe, it just started with Superman.
