Contrary to popular opinion, Gal actually does have boobs. Breast tissue is essentially fat, though. That's why some think of her as being flat-chested when she's at her thinnest.

I personally don't think Gal needs a boob job; she just needs to eat some more. A little fat is actually a good thing.

Also, she flies in this film. And in this fight... albeit not much. I say flying doesn't mean she will abandon a more grounded fight style. Justice League Crisis on Two Earths still my benchmark for Wonder Woman fighting, and she flies there.
