Sci-Fi Gareth Edwards's Jurassic World Rebirth

Isn't that what Jurassic World did? 🤔

Was hoping Mahershala was playing more than "military man" but I'm sure he'll do his thing regardless. That title sucks though.

Oh hell yesssssss. Jurassic is one of my absolute favorite franchises. I’m so ready.

That synopsis doesn't read as an "ingenious new direction" to me, but I digress.

I hope the next series of films leads to a post-apocalyptic setting where humans are mostly wiped out and have to survive in a world taken over by dinosaurs. Basically Planet of the Apes, Walking Dead and Last of Us, but with dinos. Derivative maybe, but cool as **** nonetheless. :o

Big Pharma harvesting Dinos in a disguised attempt to save the world... How oddly familiar. :o

Is that the official logo? Probably my least favorite so far.

Though I hope this means we get a teaser soon?

Five years after the events of Jurassic World Dominion, the planet’s ecology has proven largely inhospitable to dinosaurs. Those remaining exist in isolated equatorial environments with climates resembling the one in which they once thrived.

Science and all, but I can’t believe they built up dinosaurs roaming our towns and cities and are now completely undoing it without ever really giving it to us (outside of a few minutes at the end of Fallen Kingdom and the opening of Dominion).

Still not really a fan of that title. And while I don't exactly like that we're deviating from the "dinosaurs interacting with urban life" scenario, the synopsis and some of the set pics that have come out give me a Trespasser-esque vibe which I find really intriguing.

If anything else, I know Gareth Edwards will cook with the dinosaur sequences.

Not a bad title. The plot sounds like a mashup of TLW, JP3 and FK though.

Why does Mahershala look like he’s going to get eaten by a T-Rex or velociraptor?

Gotta be honest, Edwards is the only piece of this that is keeping me optimistic. Because that title and description sounds lame as hell.
It'll probably be a terrible yet beautiful film... Like The Creator.
