Reports are at around half time of the MNF game which would put the trailer release right around 10pm EST. No word on when it will be online.

Here's my answer: Star Wars is both Sci-Fi and Science Fantasy.

Why?

Some folks who don't see Star Wars as sci-fi are the same people who were upset they Star Wars was the flagship that brought in the general public into Sci-Fi. Not Dune or whatever.

So there's still carryover of that same boiled up resentment throughout the years.


Science Fantasy..Because it's fantastical. But riddle me this: Then do people stillconsider Flash Gordon or John Carter as science fiction then?

It's both.

I'll never understand how a racist person can be a fan of Hunger Games, Star Wars, or Star Trek when they're about a diverse group coming together to overthrow an elite empire or maintain diplomacy between waring races of aliens.

But there are so many racist fans of all three.

I sit through movies with white male protagonist all the time but God forbid a white male is "forced" to watch black and/or female protagonist in a popular franchise.

The funniest part is these racist think their boycott will hurt a politically correct movie when Avatar is the most successful movie of all time.

Good luck with that. The Christian extremist boycott of Harry Potter probably had a better chance.
