explode7 said:Maybe it isn't logic then but call it an extremely accurate hunch.
Take a look at the top ten sometime. In may, zero Spider-man books were in the top ten, and only ONE X-Men book was (Wolverine: Origins #2). FOUR ISSUES of 52--starring BOOST GOLD--were in the top ten. In total, DC had seven books in the top ten--compared to Marvel's 3--and only two of them starred Superman or Batman.explode7 said:Yes but is it selling as much as spiderman and X Men comics. I think not.
DorkyFresh said:i agree with that opinion. Batman and Superman come out of more people's mouths than Spider-Man or X-Men do...
explode7 said:OK so can we just all agree that WB shouldn't make anymore DC movies unless it is the JLA?
explode7 said:Ok ok no GL movie for you jeez man take a chill pill.
explode7 said:Btw a flash movie would suck balls it would be like that fast dude from SKY HIGH throughout the whole movie. eck
Matt said:Of course DC is, they are trying to link up the comics with the movie. Big supirse. Just like Peter Parker was drawn to look like Toby Maguire back in 2002 and the X-Men suddenly got black leather suits in 2000. But do you know what happened? All the changes are back to the normal, status quo. DC will go back to the Bryne "crap" once this movie fades into obscurity, because lets face it. Silver Age just doesn't work anymore.

Post-Crisis: Superman´s is a man with the power of a God
Pre-Crisis: Superman´s a God, disguised as a man
In my opinion, Superman is, and will always be, above all, a MAN
And before someone say that everyone knows that i´m a post-crisis freak, i do find Man of Steel extremely outdated, but the vision is right, and it´s all about the vision, the angle of it all.
BTW, i just saw the ITunes! clip, and it freaking rocks!![]()

Matt said:agreed. That is why I think A Superman for All Seasons is the best Superman book around. It not only has aged well (so far, as it is relatively young) but it also emphasizes the man.

Matt said:What the hell are you talking about? Fatboy started a fight. I didn't even bother arguing back. And I've had nothing at all to do with the argument on whose icon is bigger.
