Do you guys think that they will show the scene with the huge Doc M?

hell yeah! snyder has mentioned in a few interviews he's anxious to shoot that scene for the trailer.

I'm more curious about his wang. I wonder if they'll show it. And a giant blue wang floating above the jungles of Vietnam?!.....would be such a classic, marvelous moment in cinema

Well the film is going to be R rated, so I guess Manhatten's giant wang will be in the movie and knocking down trees.

man that would suck.to know that you got killed by doc manhattan hitting his wee wee on an oak tree.this brings "TIMBER!" to a whole new level.

That reminds me, Doctor Manhatten has not body hair right? So will the guy who plays him shave his junk?

suddenly everybodys obsessed with Dr Manhattan's willy

Lol. I'm worried about how they're going to incorporate everything from the comic....I mean, obviously they can't fit everything, but there's just so much stuff in 12 issues....I don't know why you guys are so eager to see this movie get made. Arguably the greatest comic book ("graphic novel") ever made (it's even Stan Lee's favorite non-Marvel comic of all time), being adapted into a movie. I mean, it's so easy to just **** it all up on accident. Sure, Zack Snyder directed 300. Sure, he directed the Dawn of the Dead remake. But if he messes this up, he's letting down millions of people. Not to mention, Alan Moore probably won't even see the damn thing.

Alan Moore doesnt see movies based on any of his comics, he's just not intrested, so I dont see what that has to do with anything...

It better in the movie. It's the one scene that always stuck out in my head when i heard they were making this film.

If he's not going to see it, I don't see the point of it. I like seeing movies of which the source material's creator is proud. But I thought From Hell was a faithful adaptation, and I believe Moore decided not to watch any more adaptations of his movies after that. I'm not sure if he's seen the LoEG movie (or "LXG"), but he has reason to hate that. I don't know if he's seen V For Vendetta either. I guess Constantine could also be credited to him as creator. I mean, it's normal for a creator to hate the movies on which their stuff is based, but....I don't know where I'm going with this. But Watchmen is Moore's greatest accomplishment, and if Moore was disappointed with From Hell, which I guess was decent, then even the slightest mistake with the Watchmen movie is going to make him go crazy. He can hate the movies if he wants, but....again, I'm just going to shut up because I'm not really going anywhere with this.

Thanks.

I don't think they'll show his wang. You can swear all you want in R rated movies, but there's a limit to the sex....I'm not even sure how much of the penis they can show. Female parts are generally okay, but the male parts seem to be more rare (maybe because most filmmakers are men....). I mean, I'm just saying, I haven't seen many mainstream movies that showcase the shlong.

He wears his black...uhm...'thong' in that scene.

Maybe he accidentially hits an American helicopter and he needs to bend over to pick it up. That way everybody's happy.

I cant believe theyre getting Billy Crudupt what a GIP! Everyone knows Arnold has the bald, blue, emotionless character down pat as you can see in his grand performance of Mr Freeze in Batman and Robin. ;)

I think Billy Zane would've been good. Pretty much all there, including the personality...

Sorry to ruin all your fun but:
