The thing is, a fight IN YOUR BIASED DEFINITION involves h2h combat and destructive energy blasts. A fight involves anything.

You're not going to see a mugger fight someone fair and square for their money. You see a mugger stick someone up with a gun. You don't see the victim asking the gun to be down and settle this in a 'fight'. The mugger doesn't care, and would just use the gun anyways.
