Lame-o sounds like the ship's computer in Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. Also, cancellation sucks. Screw you CN.

    This episode was great !

Did anyone notice the "Book of the Black" in the Science Directors's hidden basement on Oa ? Also, a living being inside the main Oan battery. A reference to the first lantern ? :wow:

Nice nod to blackest night. Now, with only two episodes remaining, how will Hal stop Aya ?

I noticed, and it depressed me. With the show's long-running storylines, it made me wonder if they had a modified version of BN in the plans for the show beyond this season. :csad::csad::csad:

I would think the living being inside the Central Power Battery is a reference to Ion, the Entity of Will, rather than the First Lantern.

After seeing this episode it makes me even sadder this show is going after the next one..With the mention of John Stewart, and everything else. This show really never got time to shine :(.

I agree. Man this show had a lot of potential...a lot more than what I gave it when it was first announced.

Sad to see it go. Would have liked to see John in this? I always enjoy shows that give a lot of characters and backstories.

the ONLY complaint i really have about whats going on is the fluctuation in Lantern/Manhunters power levels. you mean an ARMY of Lanterns can't take out just a FEW manhunters head on when 2 lanterns destroy them almost ever encounter??

oh make that two things...I'm NOT pleased with the Anti Monitor being dealt with so easily...

Good Bye Green Lantern: The Animated Series, You did a great job.

The Anti Monitor stuff is kind of pissing me off. Introduce new characters. Fine. But not at the expense of characters with established history.
That said, I feel like what could've been next season would've been incredibly strong... Shame.

The most criminal thing is... GLTAS is getting screwed the same way the GL movie did, except GLTAS is deserving of at least 3 or 4 seasons. We saw Sinestro once, and now we will never get yellow ringed Sinestro, let alone the Sinestro Corps.

Honestly, after this season, I feel this show is on the same level as YJ, I know it didn't start off as strong as YJ, and this turned a lot of people off.

But at least this show was willing to kill some people, albeit few, and much like YJ most of the so-called deaths ended up coming back. There was still a few deaths in it.

I was mostly looking to the sinestro corps, which I have to imagine wouldn't be till the "third" season. (Technically we only got one season of this)

In what way exactly did the movie get screwed?

So we probably won't get to see this guy as a Green Lantern.

Was that John Stewart? Also, they made a comment of John being a news guy or something. Was John a reporter on this show?

Hal didn't know who John Stewart was. He thought that Guy meant the fake news guy on TV (Jon Stewart).

Oh okay. I got it lol. Didn't know that this show was referencing outside pop culture. That's pretty funny actually.

Also, I thought it was funny how Guy keeps on making jokes of Hal wearing a mask when he is all the way out of space lol. Then the other lanterns with masks look down in shame lol.

I absolutely love this show. It has great writing and the animation is very good.

Every now and then I let my mind wander about the ring's powers. It seems so corny to make giant baseball mitts, or baseball bats, and other ridiculous constructs to get the job done. Isn't there a more serious way of imagining these powers?

How powerful are Green Lanterns when compared to say someone like Superman in performing similar feats?

    Amazing episode !!

Loved they way other GL's make teams to create a bigger constructs, and Razer using the emotion controlling techniques taught by the Blue Lanterns, also liked the Anti- Monitor's reference to going back in time to see the creation event (a nod to comics.)

A shame that such a good show is closing, we also needed more episodes with Sinestro.

Less screen time for Sinestro in the GL movie and only one episode in the GLTAS.

The Justice League episode "The Once and Future Thing" also made reference to it.

As powerful as the GL's Will is. So, yeah. They've done some pretty damn impressive things.
