I think it's only us Americans that have an aversion to eating bugs. It's supposed to be pretty common internationally.

Crab legs are WAY better. Tastier and more tender. Lobster is too chewy.

Crab is a delicacy I loved since I was very young. It has very little meat in my country, unfortunately, so eating crab legs here is almost like chewing baby shrimps.
There is something to be admired about cooks and fishermen handling crab, they know how to grab a lot of these with rare wounds resulting from handling them.

Crab legs are WAY better. Tastier and more tender. Lobster is too chewy.

People say lobster is better because it's "sweeter," but I think that's why I prefer crab - salty >>> sweet when it comes to seafood for me. And yeah, not as chewy.

My GF prefers crab. I like lobster more. Has more crunch. Soooooo tasty

I guess I can't really tell the difference because I drown both in butter when I eat them. But I vastly prefer crab meat's texture.

I just could live with myself boiling something alive.

I use butter for neither. I think they taste better without it. When you add butter, it drowns out the taste IMO.

Are they boiled alive? Most chefs I see kill them quickly with the knife before dropping them in for the boil.

I like shellfish, salmon and calamari, but the only time I've liked any other fish has been fish & chips.

Seafood is soooooo good! Shrimp, lobster, crab..can eat those all day. I like fish less than those, but I still love me a well cooked grilled salmon
