Not a good sign when your hero is the smallest person on the movie poster.

It’s Will Smith. He’d be the biggest face on the poster regardless, and would probably be unhappy if he wasn’t.

True, but he's the same size as Jasmine there and it makes sense that Genie is huge. In the new poster, Aladdin got the smallest image, all the other human characters are larger. Just seems odd.

Robin Williams was much better at singing the part "NEVER.. EVER... HAD...A FRIEND...LIIIIIKEEE MEEEEEEEE".
