He was a Badass in The Scorpion King and He Played a Decent villian in DOOM with what he had to work with.
So, what about this casting poll?

How Lobo should be....
He is a Better Actor than what people give him credit for
I'm iffy on what that even means in context. He's better than "can't act at all". I like him to an extent. He's funny, he's got good timing, some charm, and can sing a bit and move very well. but he doesn't have much range as an actor. At least, he hasn't shown any. Lobo requires some range. Being big isn't enough. There's also a distinct CHARACTER to play. Being "The Rock" isn't going to be enough. And since Johnson plays The Rock in damn near everything he's ever been in...

To each his own....Really? I hated everything about Scorpion King and thought he was the worst part of Doom.
As Captain Marvel he would be incredible, but as Lobo I just dont see it.
It was less than two weeks between Guy Ritchie being tagged to direct a "Lobo" movie last month and actor Jeffrey Dean Morgan throwing his hat into the ring as one of the hopefuls for the lead role, so it was only natural that we bring up DC's "Main Man" when we had a chance to sit down with Morgan recently.
Asked whether he'd reached out to Ritchie yet, Morgan downplayed his previous conversation about the project.
"I said that in passing," Morgan told MTV News of his prior comments regarding the "Lobo" lead. "I don't t know that I'm a big blue guy."
No stranger to comic book movies, Morgan recently wrapped shooting on "The Losers," an adaptation of Jock and Andy Diggle's action-packed comic book series. However, comic fans probably Morgan best as the face of The Comedian in Zack Snyder's adaptation of Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons' legendary series "Watchmen."
"Lobo happens to be a character that flies by the seat of his pants," said Morgan of the character's appeal. "I don't know if I'm the guy or not, but I think it's going to be one hell of a movie. I'll certainly be going to see it."
Lest you think that means he isn't interested in the role, Morgan clarified his stance.
"Hey, if Guy Ritchie came to me and said, 'You want to do Lobo?' I'd say, 'Yeah,'" said Morgan.
Yea his age makes me not want him wayyyyyy tooo oldd..I'm not liking Danny for Lobo; too on the nose. Plus he's in his 60s, I would rather get some one else like Kevin Durand.
