Then you aren't making a GL movie, you are making a GL Corps. movie.
Then you aren't making a GL movie, you are making a GL Corps. movie.
That I can agree with.I'd like to see all four work together sometime, but not right away. You have to build up to that. I'd love to see like 6 Green Lantern movies that end in the Sinestro Corps War. This would also be after a few Justice League movies, and could use some of their villains. Imagine how epic that movie would be?
First movie, Hal. Second movie, Hal takes to the stars more, encounters John Stewart and other GL's, leaving Guy Gardner to hold the fort on Earth when all hell breaks loose there. They'd all be drawn together by the end of the film. The third movie should be a loose adaption of the Parallax storyline, with Kyle Rayner taking over for a "fallen" Hal Jordan, and being trained by John Stewart to face the GL's best.
Sinestro Corps is your third movie plot.
Honestly, I think the whole Parallax thing should just be avoided. I mean congrats to Johns for working around it, but for so long it was just seen as a blight against the character. Just like we'll never see the clone saga in Spider-man movies.
Also it's got to be Hal Jordan. There's no reason to put Guy, John, and Kyle in a first movie. That's ridiculous. You maybe have one other person, I believe according to IESB, Guy is also in the script but that's it.
Also pretty simple. If Green Lantern movies are a success and people fall in love with Hal Jordan well . . . why would you want to ruin that in a JL movie?
I wanna see Hal and John. Heh, I know.. perphaps one day..?Three great GL's, but who will be chosen as the main character?
