it's been a while since I have a steady relationship durin valentines, or an actual nice valentine's, let's see...

2005- outlook not so good
2004- just broke up with a girl I had started dating a year before
2003- five months had passed since my divorce and I had no gal pal
2002- on a fight with the wife
2001- temprarily separated from the wife
2000- on bad terms with the wife
1999- she didn't even care
1998- I think nothing happened
1997- my first valentine with my wife, as a married couple, we had a nice night
1996- in dire straits with the girl that was soon to be my wife
1995- in town for valentine's but both me and my girl friend were broke, so we did nothing
1994- away on college, so I spent it alone on my apratment
1993- going out with a girl I really didn't like, just didn't want to be lonely
1992- had a girlfriend, but there was nothing there
1991- nothing
1990- my first actual date
1989- nothing
1988- nothing
1987- you're kidding, right?
1986- I was eleven for crissakes
1985- yup, nothing
1984- I might have been breakdancing my loneliness away
1983- maybe some GI Joes
1982- cable tv was crappy back then
1981- like I cared
1980- who gives a ****? the 70's were over
1979- when was the last time a four year old minded if it was valentines?
1978- around this time, most of the ladies I would eventually bed were being born
1977- my nemesis/ex wife is a month old, let's celebrate!!!
1976- had a nice valentine's with a bottle
1975- I was yet to be concieved, so I guess it didn't make that much of a difference, although I might have been concieved around this time


looks like it's not been the most generous holiday for me

I have a friend, while in college, broke up with his G/F's every holiday, esp V-day so he didn't have to buy her a gift.................i will send MrvlKnight21 to confirm.

He is married now and lies to his wife about the holidays, what a cheap skate.

This years Vaentines does not look so good as for the first time in years I will not be spending it with the girl I would like to spend it with.
