Well, they either have huge smiles or huge frowns, not really the kabuki style make up. She looks more like Queen Amidala than Harley Quinn.

Well, look at it this way, if I gave her full red or black lips, it would look more like she was just using too much makeup than trying to look like a clown, that´s my thought anyway...I still stand by the first version...
