I've posted this before in another Harley thread on this site, but I'll post it again for those who missed it.

Tried to put myself in Nolan's shoes and this is what I came up with a few months back, I theorise she's more of an obsessed Joker fan, a less cooky and zany girl but much more dangerous one. Some people like the design change, others think it's too far removed from the traditional HQ, but it's just my interpretation of what she could possibly look like in the Nolan series so I guess you can't please everyone! t:

Zooey is a good actress, but too young to pull off the good doc role IMO, as is christina ricci, murphy....too scatterbrained. I like the idea of the girl from the whole ten yards....but she may come off as too old.....fairuza is great, always, but my choice, don't ask me why, is the girl also mentioned as a katie holmes replacement and that is rachel mcadams who IMO can pull off ALL aspects of this extremely complex charactor and she is without a doubtbeautiful and sexy as hell.

how old do you think they are? their both 26 or 27, thats not young at all

mcadams isnt cute, shes more than cute. and she doesnt look like a ditsy bubbly girl as harley should. she can do a great dr.quinzel, but i wouldnt believe her as harley

It's very good, but not what I'd like to see for Harley Quinn. Still, very very cool.

I think most people miss the point with Harley. There's alot of character and theme in that can almost be entirely removed from her traditional appearance and costume, which is all people seem to concentrate on

There's looking like Harley Quinn and then there is actually playing Harley Quinn. Sure Zoey has the look, but she always plays someone with a very low key and dry personality.

^ yeah I don't really care for Zooey either. but In general I'm less interested than the actor than I am Harley's look and interpretation, I've used Marilyn Monroe in my manip for example. As I said before I think most people completely miss then point on Harley, making her look grittier, gothic or more deadly. The manips above don;t do that so much.

Personally I'm a big fan of the Gotham Public Harley, but I doubt we'd get anything like that on screen. There's certainly some interesting interpretations of the character in here though, a couple of the darker ones put me in mind of Amanda from the Saw series for some reason or another (of course they do have their similarities as characters on a surface level, I'm just saying visually some of these pics do as well).

I don't know if anyones mentioned her yet but I think Mia Kirshner would be hot and perfect for Harley Quinn.

She played Sarah in The Crow: City Of Angels and the Black Dahlia in Black Dahlia, She was also on the show 24 as bad girl.

She could probably pull that character off too. I think Mia is perfect for Harley she can definitely pull off the acting, she is really good.

Like I said she can play the bad girl, the mentally troubled girl, and the girl thats too much in love.

She has that eerily beautiful look to her.

I like to see a manip of her in Harley Quinn's costume but don't know how.

I think she can play the Intelligent deranged person, which is what Harley Quinn is, as well as sexy.

All these clips have certain elements to why she would be great as Harl, This clip here really shows her as Dr. Harvey Quinzel. She is just ready to go nuts with the Joker. I like The Crow clips cuz they show how she could love a crazed man with a painted face and have sympathy.
