This may have been posted by someone else, forgive me if it has. But I think it's reasonable to believe that Harry fights Peter not for revenge, but because Peter is becoming too brutal when wearing the symbiote. Perhaps Harry is realing just trying to save his friend from himself, and any he may hurt, which would explain why he just wears those awful duds and not a new GG costume. Just a thought.

That is a pretty good theory. I wouldn't be surprised if it does happen. It would make me happy to see Harry trying to save his friend.

it could happen, but in the teaser harry looks like he is on an agressive offense, while pete looks like he is purely in defense...it could happen though, if it did, i would doubt it would be the first fight we see in the trailer, probably a later one.....a little role reversal

It's actually pretty safe to assume harry is still extremely pissed at peter. realization that his father was the goblin aside. there is still the fact that he now knows peter killed his father, still sore that he stole maryjanes love. And the biggest point that he would be pissed....They are supposed to be best freinds, but after the doc ock battle, Peter should have gone straight back to Harry to explain things to him, to talk to his bestfreind. Not go home and pout like a little ***** for however many days he was there untill The wedding. That seems liek a pretty big oopsie. I'm sure oveer time of the movie harry will realize it's not peters fault, but for a while there will definatly be major hostility. Pete totally dropped the ball on not going back to Harry to tell him the truth of what happened, it may have solved the whole issue between them. "Harry, i'm Spiderman, your father was the Goblin, his death was an accident. You know i've always loved maryjane, yaddayaddayadda" But naw, he just goes hoem and forgets, if i was harry i'd be pretty pissed off too.

I like the idea, but I don't think it will happen, judging by the agressivness of harry in the trailer. It would also explain the suit a little better.

I'm not down with harry being a hero, but to an extent it would make sense considering spider-man is a 'villain' in the movie

I dont want Harry to be a hero but seeing as how spiderman might be evil in this one Harry might really end up being the hero since there isn't any after spidey has turned.

umm no...

judging from the trailer i think Harry Osborne becomes a bully in the beginning. i mean looking at that scene were he's looking down from a balcony i believe he's looking at peter maybe walking out or looking for mary jane to propose to her. harry hops on a glider and charges peter. remember the flying peter in the air trying to catch the ring? and harry flying into a building trying to hit peter fist first? thats when peter hasn't been taken over by the symbiote yet.

then judging from the bootleg trailer from the fan boy at comic con i think once peter has the symbiote on him he turns evil kinda. and walks into the Osborn penthouse throws a pumpkin bomb at harry and walks off like nothing happened. how gangsta is that?

then i think what might happen (and i'm just going by what the rumors are saying) harry at the end comes back in full goblin garb to attack peter but has a change of heart and saves peter from a tag team by venom and sandman.

this would be cool but we shall see what happens.

i still think this makes the most sense

Kind aoff subject, but was anyone else pissed about the crappy poseability of the legs and arched back on the GG toy from spiderman 2? I got him on the glider hangin off my ceiling and it's a pain in the ass to get him to look cool, instead of looking like he's horny. I managed to get it lookin pretty sweet, even added a little orange clay pumpkin bob, looks liek he's bout to toss. (yes i am a nerd and enjoy toys)

Yeah me too. I want the SM3 Harry as close to SM comics as possible. Seeing Spectacular Spiderman 200 on screen or something like it would be awsome! Unfortunately, as far as I know

Harry fights Peter as revenge. Harry isn't a villian, just a guy with Goblin equipment out to finish his Vendetta. But at the end, teams up with Peter against Sandman and Venom. But you all probably know that.

Yeah. Thats a given! We already knew all that. But as far as Harry goes, he isn't a goblin, just Harry. But Rami might change his mind with that due to the re-shoots. Who knows. But yeah, the basics of SSM 200 are there in SM3.
